There is no obligation to sell if you don’t want to, we offer very competitive prices, and we’ll even provide you with a free FedEx label for shipping if you do decide to trade with us.

Such activities are the industry standard in eCommerce today, and are carried out with the utmost discretion.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping through a variety of trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and others. All of our shipments are fully insured to protect against loss, theft, or damage incurred during transit. If you’re paying via PayPal, you must provide a verified shipping address. If you’re interested in arranging a personal delivery (in which an Opulent Jewelers employee will transport the jewelry directly to you), we can provide this service for a cost; please contact us for further details.

If the item appears on your website, does that mean it’s in stock?

Our online shop uses sophisticated inventory software to ensure that only in stock items can be ordered; items that have been sold will have the phrase “Out of stock” appear in place of the Add to Cart button. With that said, in the unlikely event that you do somehow place an order for an item which is no longer in stock, we can either promptly refund your money or else attempt to re-stock it as quickly as possible for you. If you’d ever like to confirm whether or not a product on our site is indeed in stock, feel free to contact us and we’ll let you know.

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns if the product was not as described or is not authentic. Since we rigorously vet all of our products to ensure their authenticity before stocking them, and since we provide high-definition photographs of all the pieces on our site, such occurrences are essentially unheard of for us. Items which have been altered in any way shape or form are excluded from the return policy. International returns are not accepted.

Are you an authorized dealer for the brands you sell?

We are not an “authorized dealer” and do not have any affiliation with jewelry or watch brands unless otherwise noted. Any trademarks or logos of luxury jewelry or watch brands on our site are used for identification purposes only, in accordance with “fair-use” principles, and should not construe association with the trademark owners.
