A princess cut diamond. Square, sharp at the corners, bezel-set into a raised cube at the center of the cross. The geometry is deliberate. Marina B liked angles that argued with the curves around them.

She founded her house in Geneva in 1978 after leaving the family firm in Rome. Her work from those years pulled away from heavy ornament. Less stone. More silhouette. More of what wasn't there.

The cross itself is 18k white gold, polished to a mirror, with four arms that bloom into soft rounded lobes at each tip. Almost botanical. The kind of cross that reads as quatrefoil before it reads as religious. At the center, the diamond does the only sharp thing on the piece, a square pulled tight against the smooth gold around it.

It hangs from an omega-style collar in matching white gold. The collar holds its shape rather than draping. Sits high. Sits clean.
